A ground-up movement initiated by Teach A Man To Fish. Our mission is to create a sustainable ecosystem of skill-sharing and empowerment, focusing on English language instruction, small business entrepreneurship, financial management, and essential life skills. We aim to empower underserved communities in by mobilizing underutilized human capital—expatriate spouses, retirees, career switchers, and passionate volunteers.

We adopt a tiered volunteer system:

1. Radiance Accreditors: Certified professionals who develop curricula and train other volunteers.

2. Radiance Educators: Trained volunteers who conduct regular classes and workshops.

3. Radiance Mentors/ Coaches: Experienced mentors and coaches that provide guidance and affective support 

4. Radiance Supporters: Volunteers who assist with event management, administration, and outreach.

Our comprehensive training includes:

1. Core Skills Training: Teaching methodologies, facilitation techniques, event management, and cross-cultural communication.

2. Specialized Tracks: English language instruction, business and entrepreneurship, financial management, and life skills coaching.

3. Project-Specific Training: Tailored preparation for specific overseas missions or local initiatives.
